Brenda Ayres

Dr. Brenda Ayres is a full professor of nineteenth-century English literature with a subspecialty in nineteenth-century American literature. To date her published scholarship includes over 500 articles and 78 books She republished the first two books of What Dog Lovers Know About God and is publishing eleven more through Amazon. She also reviews books for possible acquisition with several publishers. A member of Bethlehem Church in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, she sings on its choir and teaches a Bible Study. As of 2026 she has been blessed to mother Lyssie, Annie, Gracie, Libby, and Boudy. These cockers have taught her so much about God's love for us humans.
